Local Pickup
For your convenience, you may choose to pick up your order from our shop. If you select “Pickup,” we will notify you when your item is ready for collection.
For large items, we may ask you to specify a preferred collection time or arrange pickup from our nearby warehouse.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the carrier, or reasons beyond our control, we will notify you by email. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or offer a refund, minus the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@measuresale.com with your order number and photos of the damaged package and items. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at order@measuresale.com or info@measuresale.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a replacement or refund.
